About me
My goal is for every client to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and supported. I believe meaningful progress comes from having a clear, realistic action plan, and I work collaboratively with clients to define achievable goals and practical next steps. Each session is designed to provide clarity, direction, and confidence, so you feel empowered to continue making progress between sessions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships is one of my greatest strengths. I take pride in forming meaningful therapeutic connections with my clients and, for couples, helping partners strengthen their bond with one another. I am passionate about supporting individuals in recognizing and working toward their untapped potential—whether in career, health, relationships, or other areas of life.
After earning my Master’s degree from Texas A&M University–Kingsville, I gained experience across a wide range of treatment settings, including public mental health, inpatient and crisis services, private practice, and community-based work in homeless shelters and encampments. While I have worked with diverse populations, I have spent the past three years primarily supporting homeless and at-risk Veterans with high barriers to care.
I take an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I have a strong passion for working with individuals and couples navigating relationship and interpersonal challenges and am currently working toward certification in Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My goal as a counselor is to empower clients with the tools, insight, and confidence they need to create lasting change—so they can continue thriving long after therapy ends. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward growth and healing.
