About me
I am an experienced registered mental health intern therapist dedicated to helping young adults and adults create meaningful change. I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, motherhood and postpartum changes, trauma, grief, emotional abuse, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity shifts, and major life transitions.
I work with young adults and adults, with a particular passion for supporting women navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, motherhood and postpartum changes, trauma, grief, emotional abuse, perfectionism, people-pleasing, identity shifts, and major life transitions. Together, we can explore the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, understand what is keeping you stuck, and begin developing healthier ways of relating to yourself and the world around you.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to who you are rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all version of therapy. I integrate approaches including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping skills, reconnect with your values, and create meaningful change.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel deeply heard and understood while giving you the space and tools to rediscover yourself. Therapy isn’t only for when everything is falling apart. Sometimes it’s where you finally get to put down what you’ve been carrying, heal old patterns, reconnect with your needs, and build a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
