About me
I am experienced working with teens, young adults, and adults coping with various mental health challenges and concerns. I treat issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, body image issues, gender issues, and more.
Finding a therapist you can open up to often feels overwhelming and scary. Vulnerability takes courage, and my goal is to encourage, support, and foster those who are willing to take that leap of faith. My mission as a therapist is to help you rediscover you and feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. From depression to anxiety to body image issues to grief, I am dedicated to holding your hand as we walk through the darkest parts of yourself so you can invite in new, positive, and fulfilling experiences and emotions. I'm here to help you feel less alone as we discover better ways to cope with life's twists and turns.
