About me
Licensed professional counseling offered to adolescents and adults age 14 yrs and older. Extensive training in exposure-based therapy for OCD, PTSD and other anxiety related disorders. Also treats other mental health disorders. Please call or email for more information.
I have been practicing therapy for over seven years in an EAP and healthcare setting and have a passion for using evidence based treatment approaches. I believe that psychoeducation paired with practicing the learned skills can lead to successful treatment and/or management of multiple mental health issues. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and pets, as well as traveling and spending time in the kitchen.
