I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering psychotherapy in person in the north shore area of Chicago, and via telehealth in Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and areas outside of Chicago in Illinois. I have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field.

Many of my clients come to be with concerns about anxiety, depression, ADHD, perfectionism, balancing different aspects of life, relationship issues, parenting concerns, or just general feelings of discontent. I provide a nonjudgmental and open space to explore your concerns and untangle the challenges that are holding you back from the life you want to live.

My approach is thoughtful and individualized. Your situation, emotions and needs are unique, so I draw from a diverse set of therapeutic tools and ideas to create a truly individualized treatment plan tailored to you.

During some sessions, we collaborate together to find themes in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that we can identify the patterns that lead to dissatisfaction. During other sessions, we may explore (and sometimes practice) actionable steps and techniques to help move through life’s challenges more effectively. There are also some sessions that are just about you having the space to feel heard and cared for.
