About me
I'm a Florida-based psychotherapist and certified personality disorder provider. I work clients who have experienced suicidal ideation, self-harm, substance misuse, and are coping with traumatic experiences the best they know how. I integrate training in DBT along with other approaches to teach new ways to cope and thrive.
I’m here to guide you through the journey of growth, healing, and discovering your worth. I work to ensure my clients feel safe to say the things they’ve been hiding because the first step to healing is naming what you’re choosing to overcome. It’s time to choose yourself. Reach out to me if you think I can help with your next steps.
