About me
I work with teens, adults, couples, and LGBTQ+ clients to heal trauma, navigate relationships, and rebuild self-worth. My training and lived experience help me truly understand the complexity behind the struggles - and how to move through them with care and clarity.
I am a therapist who genuinely cares. I bring not only years of professional training to my work, but also a depth of real-life experience that helps me meet clients with empathy, understanding, and authenticity. I know what it means to carry complex roles, hold space for others, and still search for your own identity and healing.
In my practice, I work with teens, adults, couples, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in helping people who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, difficult relationships, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of who they are. Together, we work toward clarity, confidence and a renewed sense of self.
My style is collaborative and compassionate - down to earth but deeply intentional. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and someone they feel safe being completely real with. I don't believe in one size fits all therapy. Instead, I tailor each session to what you need, drawing from tools like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma Focused CBT, Mind Body Connection, Narrative therapy, Sand tray therapy, and more. These approaches help us explore patterns, process pain, and reconnect mind and body in a way that feels both creative and effective.
I am certified in domestic violence treatment and trained in narcissistic abuse recovery - two areas where safety, validation, and reclaiming self-worth are especially critical. Whether you're trying to leave a toxic relationship, heal from past harm, or rebuild trust in yourself, I offer a space where your story is honored, and your growth is supported.
As a woman who has lived through life's joys and challenges, I don't just listen - I get it. I know how hard it can be to ask for help. I know what it is like to lose your footing and slowly find it again. And I believe in the strength and resilience that can emerge from even the most painful seasons.
Therapy isn't about fixing you - it's about finding you again. My goal is to help you reconnect with your own wisdom, agency, and capacity to thrive.
If you're ready to feel more grounded, more empowered, and more yourself, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
