About me

My mission is to support you in finding stability, balance, and fulfillment.

Do you find that worrying interferes with your ability to enjoy life? Relationships, careers, hobbies and goals can all be tainted by dwelling on problems that we may or may not be able to solve.

The source of anxiety and depression often stems from worries about the past or future and often can be alleviated by our ability to focus on the present, tending to what is in our control, and accepting what is not.

Finding fulfillment and meaning in life isn’t easy. Just when we think we have it together, new circumstances pull us apart. When we experience stress, anxiety and depression, it is important to find support. Trauma, relationship conflicts, transitioning to a new phase of life such as parenthood, feeling lost or confused. All these situations deserve attention and compassion. I am here to support you in finding stability, balance, and fulfillment. I work well with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children because I am passionate about building healthier relationships and facilitating positive development and growth.

Connecting is a vital point of wellbeing, and I understand how to accomplish attachments that nurture, resolve conflict, and form stronger bonds with the people we love. I understand that we are all different and have our own personal goals, which is why I collaborate with my clients to find what works best for them.

I know it can feel scary and defeating to seek help, but doing so means you are strong and open to growth. I operate with a humanistic lens, focused on you and your ability to reach your full potential. I will support you in challenging behaviors, thoughts and mindsets that hold you back, while developing healthy coping skills to move you forward!
