About me
I am a humanist, social justice-oriented therapist invested in helping others heal and grow. I work with adults struggling with attachment and intimacy, dating and relationships, meaning and purpose, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, or general existential dread. I especially enjoy working with the marginalized, misfits, outcasts, or anyone who feels like one.
My counseling approach focuses on helping clients identify and feel their emotions without shame. I aspire to help clients embrace vulnerability and authenticity in an emotionally supportive environment so they can create the meaning, connection, and joy they desire in their lives.
