About me
I am an experienced therapist working with children, teens, and adults, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and grief. In my office, all parts of you are welcome- the messy, the heavy, and everything in between- held with compassion, safety, and space to grow.
Therapy is not about quick fixes; it’s about connection, curiosity, and growth. I believe that healing begins when people feel safe enough to show up fully as themselves, and my goal is to create a space where all parts of you are welcome: the messy, the heavy, the uncertain, and the hopeful.
I work with children, teens, and adults, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and grief. My approach is eclectic and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with creative interventions like expressive arts, play, sand tray, and narrative therapy. Whether through talk, art, or reflection, I tailor each session to your unique needs, pacing, and goals- meeting you exactly where you are while gently challenging you to stretch when you’re ready.
Clients often describe my style as warm, genuine, and sometimes playful. I believe that even in the midst of hard work, humor, creativity, and small moments of lightness can help us breathe a little easier. Together, we’ll explore not only the challenges you’re facing, but also the resilience, strengths, and values that can guide you forward.
I hold specialized certifications as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II), and Certified Grief Informed Professional (CGP). My dedication to continuous education and improvement means I bring both clinical expertise and lived compassion into the therapy room, always striving to learn, grow, and better support the individuals and families I work with.
Above all, I believe therapy is a space to rediscover the strength and beauty already inside of you. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you navigate your story, honor your struggles, and create meaning in the mess.
