I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with adolescents and adults working through depression, anxiety, work-related stressors, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. Working as your therapist, I focus on building a therapeutic relationship to help foster an environment you can be your authentic self and begin your path to healing.
With my compassion and empathy towards you and your situation, I feel positive you will meet your goals which we will establish in our first session. Your healing journey is individualized and seen through a client-centered lens, I utilize evidenced based CBT, mindfulness, and DBT. I believe every individual has the ability to reach their fullest potential when provided a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where one can be free to explore, heal, and grow.
