About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan, from children as young as five to adults in their seventies. I have worked with clients navigating a wide range of life challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and major life transitions.
I am guided by Person-Centered, Strengths-Based, and Solution-Focused approaches, working in genuine partnership with clients to deepen self-awareness, build meaningful connections, and move toward the life they want with greater confidence. Drawing on training in Gestalt, Somatic practices, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), I integrate experiential techniques that support emotional regulation, help clients reconnect with their intuition, and encourage authentic self-expression. My goal is not only to help clients cope with life’s challenges but also to grow through them—cultivating resilience, confidence, and hope along the way.
