Who Do I work with?
I am passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and elderly in individual, family, and couples counseling with a focus on Depressive and Bi-polar Disorders.
How Can I Help You?
My approaches to counseling include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation, Psycho-Education, and Dual Diagnosis counseling.
I use a Rogerian (focus is on you and your experiences) approach towards attaining stable mental health and wellness. I believe an eclectic set of skills are best used to achieve and maintain a high quality of life.
