I have been a mental health therapist for approximately 15 years. My approach in therapy is focused on provided you with coping skills and to help you mange stressors, while at the same time helping you identify changes you may want to make that enable you to lead a more genuine and fulfilling life. My areas of practice focus on depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, as well as interpersonal relationships.
