I am a psychotherapist and sex therapy-informed professional who feels passionately about authentic & honest relationship-building, honoring one's sexuality, and building healthy boundaries & communication.

In addition to being a trauma-informed Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am also a Certified Sex Therapy-Informed Professional (CSTIP) and Mental Health Consultant (MHC). I love helping humans discover their agency, healthy communication strategies, and needs & desires in nuanced and constructive ways. Specialities include:

I will be there with you: holding space, actively listening, offering insights & possibility, and gently challenging perspective in order to help you see things a little differently and with more clarity. I come from a place of compassion, empowerment, and curiosity (sometimes with a dash of humor!). I feel that you are the expert on your own life and that you, yourself, can orchestrate profound change.
