About me
My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experiences. I believe that relationships, community, and environment shape the way we see ourselves and the world, and that real change happens when we tap into our own strengths and insights. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered to move forward in the ways that matter most to you.
Therapy looks different for everyone, but at its core, it’s about connection. The relationship we build together makes healing possible. My hope is to be a guide and a fellow traveler as we figure out what change looks like for you—at your own pace, in your own way.
I know how easy it is to put off starting therapy, waiting for the “right time.” You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting—that’s what this space is for. No matter how you're feeling, I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
