About me
I am a pre-licensed clinician with experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and those who are struggling with addictions. I work with clients experiencing behavioral issues, trauma, addiction, and significant life transitions.
In therapy, I help individuals recognize internal and external obstacles, build insight, and develop the tools necessary to make meaningful and sustainable changes. My approach is eclectic and integrative, meaning I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities based on the client’s developmental stage, presenting concerns, and goals for treatment. Some of these include play therapy, expressive and projective techniques, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral strategies. If you're unsure where to begin, that's okay—reaching out is a meaningful first move. Feel free to contact me.
