I'm a therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients of all backgrounds and bring a deep commitment to understanding the complexities of human experience.

My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, stress, and addiction. I also have specialized training in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those experiencing compassion fatigue. I'm particularly skilled at helping clients navigate communication difficulties, social anxiety, isolation, guilt and shame, and relationship transitions including divorce and separation. I also work with men's issues, military and veteran concerns, codependency, and trauma from natural or human-caused events.
