I am an experienced counselor who is dedicated to helping clients cope with anxiety, depression, anger, and loss.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Board Certified TeleMental Health Provider who works virtually/on-line with teens, adults, and couples who have ongoing challenges with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and trouble communicating in their relationships. I have additional certifications in grief and loss (GC-C), Dietetical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Anxiety (CCATP). My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and depressed and start encouraging you to see healing and transformation is possible.
