About me
Welcome. I am an experienced Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience working with teens (ages 12 and up), adults, and older adults. As a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's challenges with compassion, practical support, and evidence-based care.
I currently offer telehealth services, providing a convenient and comfortable way for clients to receive support wherever they are. Outside of counseling, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my family, and caring for my pets. I believe in the importance of connection, empathy, and authenticity, and I strive to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and supported.
My counseling style is both direct and compassionate. I work alongside my clients to develop practical skills and strategies that help life feel more manageable, balanced, and meaningful. Together, we identify patterns, gain insight, and create realistic solutions tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, addiction concerns, or overwhelming stress, my goal is to help you strengthen self-awareness, build effective coping skills, and create lasting change through an honest and supportive therapeutic relationship.
