About me
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, I help black women make sense of their experiences, reclaim their voices in complex dynamics, and build a life grounded in clarity, self-trust, and purpose. Together, we’ll create a plan that helps you understand the “why” behind your patterns and offer tools to help you move forward with intention and confidence.
My passion for mental health and well-being runs deep. I am community and clinically driven. My post-graduate experience began in community mental health serving women, families and individuals dealing with substance abuse, grief and trauma. I led bi-weekly women's groups for the Center for Black Women's Wellness and I fell in love with this work because it allowed me to connect with a community of black women at a deep level, laying the groundwork for deep healing. I further expanded my clinical practice treating a wide array of psychiatric diagnoses. Additionally, I am a certified anxiety treatement professional and help hundreds of individuals cope with and manage anxiety, depression and ADHD on a daily basis.
