About me
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in substance use, addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns, helping adults create meaningful, lasting change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you've been carrying everything on your own. Whether you're struggling with substance use, anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over eight years of experience in behavioral health, including extensive work in substance use treatment, community mental health, and crisis intervention. I've worked with individuals at every stage of recovery and understand that healing isn't one-size-fits-all. Recovery is about more than stopping a behavior—it's about understanding what's beneath it, building healthier coping skills, and creating a life that feels fulfilling.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I use evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you better understand yourself, overcome obstacles, and make meaningful progress. Whether your goal is sobriety, reducing substance use, managing anxiety, or improving your overall well-being, we'll work together to create a treatment plan that fits your unique needs.
I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal isn't just to help you get through today's challenges—it's to give you the tools and confidence to continue growing long after therapy ends. If you're ready to take the next step, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
