About me
I am a clinical social worker in SC that's been in practice for over 24 years. I work with teens and adults coping with stress, anxiety, interpersonal issues, depression, trauma, grief and loss to move forward and into a state of mental wellness.
Hi! I'm Brantlee Spurrier. I've been in the mental health field for over 24 years. I offer safe, trauma-informed teletherapy for clients that are ready to fully engage in therapy, using tools like CBT, solution-focused brief therapy and mindfulness to build resilience and find healing. My ideal client seeks help for family drama, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, or the stressors of life transitions. They're motivated, open to exploring their past, and committed to growth for the future. Teens, adults, and families struggling with relational problems, school issues or stress management are excellent candidates for therapy.
Please know that I will listen, challenge, and help you to move forward. Together we will explore where you are currently and set goals for where you want to be. Depending on your needs and goals, we may include a spouse, a child, a parent or have an entire family session occasionally to best meet the goals you have set for therapy.
Therapy is about you! You are the expert on your life. I'm there to help gently reflect, listen and sometimes ask tough or challenging questions to move you forward. When you're ready to make meaningful change, please give me a call.
