Over nearly two decades of practice, I've worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and life transitions. I'm particularly skilled at helping people rebuild self-esteem and learning to live from an inward locus of control by develop healthy coping strategies during times of significant change.

I am a two time cancer survivor, lost my wife of 24 years ( from Japan) in 2019. Remarried (from Vietnam) in 2024.
