I am a Trauma informed psychotherapist certified in EMDR and Brainspotting who is passionate about helping clients heal from painful life experiences that are negatively impacting their life and relationships.
I work collaboratively with clients to individualize effective evidenced based solutions, strategies and new coping skills that promote personal self growth and self confidence.
