Greetings,
My name is Bonnie Edwards and I have working as a therapist since 2017. I am the sole owner of a practice in the Olympia Washington area. I provide mental health and social service resources to women, seniors, teens and children ages 10+. I specialize working with clients who have histories of PTSD or past trauma, major life transitions as we get grow older, grief, anxiety and depression and other challenges that impact one's mental health and emotions. I have training in EMDR, CBT, EFT and other modalities. I am compassionate, empathetic and believe each client has the capacity to overcome some of lifes most difficult situations. I understand how life can become almost impossible to navigate when you are overwhelmed, depressed or struggling to maintain basic tasks because of past trauma, medical conditions, or other challenges that have taken over. I offer both in person and online sessions and accept most insurances.
