Greetings
NW Transformations Child and Family Counseling is a small soul practice in West Olympia, Washington.
Life has become quite challenging over the last few years and I am here to help clients overcome the challenges they face on a daily basis. I’m a compassionate empathetic therapist who understands our life and create a new level of anxiety, depression, increase the challenges for those who have a history of past trauma or are attempting to find a new normal after they retire or develop medical and emotional changes
I utilize evidence based mental health treatments to help clients develop new skills to help them overcome their own personal challenges. Some of the therapeutic modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), EMDR, CPT, mindfulness training, and play therapy for children who are at age where regular talk therapy or other evidence based treatments are not appropriate.
I am accepting clients from 13 years old all the way to 100 years old and many of my clients are over the age of 65.
