About me
As a licensed clinical social worker, my mission is to provide a safe and secure environment where we can build a partnership and develop a plan to help you achieve your goals.
Your recovery is a process and I am committed to that journey. I value each individual as a whole person with their own unique experiences and story. My commitment to you also includes honoring your individuality and your decisions to take steps towards your own healing.
I utilize an integrative therapy style based in theoretical approaches including client-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. I am continually working to stay informed on the latest clinical strategies that support positive outcomes in care.
I understand your time is valuable and have immediate openings to support your goals for self-actualization, growth and peace. Please feel free to contact me via email or phone for a brief consultation and we can work together to set up your first appointment today.
