About me
I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping children, young adults, adults, and couples who are experiencing emotional hurt or distress from past and/or current struggles.
My hope is to build a compassionate and brave space with you, so that you can feel safe sharing and exploring your story. Our work together will not only uncover the barriers to the growth and fulfillment that you deserve, but moreso help you experience hope and healing through healthier relationships with self and others.
My training and experience is in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for both individuals and couples, a multi-cultural modality centering upon developing secure connections with self and others. Also utilizing a person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma informed approach, I strive to make therapy a creative, dynamic, and healing experience.
