About me
I am a trauma-informed counseling intern passionate about helping women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or impacted by difficult past experiences. I am especially interested in working with trauma, anxiety, women’s issues, and the lasting effects of stressful or painful experiences. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can better understand what you are experiencing, develop practical ways to cope, and begin moving toward healing and a greater sense of control in your life.
I provide trauma-informed counseling for individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, the effects of difficult or overwhelming experiences, and concerns related to women’s mental health. I am especially interested in helping clients understand how past experiences can continue to shape thoughts, emotions, relationships, and coping patterns in the present.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel like a safe place to be honest without fear of judgment. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them build practical coping skills, increase self-understanding, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable.
As a counseling intern, I practice under clinical supervision and continue to build my skills through ongoing training and hands-on experience. This allows me to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care while also bringing curiosity, compassion, and intention into each session.
One of the benefits of working with me during my internship is that sessions are completely FREE. There is no session fee and no insurance is required, which can make therapy more accessible for clients who may otherwise face barriers to care. Ready to schedule? I currently offer free telehealth counseling sessions. Use my scheduling link to view current appointment availability.
If you are looking for a supportive space to work through anxiety, trauma-related concerns, or women’s issues, I would be honored to support you in that process.
