I value working with clients from different age groups, gender, and cultural backgrounds. I am highly skilled in individual therapy. I possess extensive experience working with clients who have experienced severe trauma, abuse, and substance abuse dependence. In addition, I have had great success working with clients diagnosed with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and personality disorders. I find an integrative treatment approach works best. I like to explore how past experiences affect the clients' present lives. The goal is for clients to experience growth and more satisfying lives.

I am well versed in theoretical concepts and practical skills highly useful in my work with my clients. I have increased my skills due to my clinical training, academic career, and significant experience in one of NJ's most prominent psychiatric hospitals. I have the skills, empathy, and ability to support my clients in their journey.

I possess a Master's degree in Clinical & Counseling Psychology from William Paterson, the University of New Jersey. In addition, I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at Walden University. I am currently Ph.D. ABD ( All but Dissertation).
