As a therapist with an integrative approach, I help clients move beyond temporary relief to discover lasting transformation and a more authentic way of living.

I work primarily from a psychodynamic perspective, which means we look at the deeper patterns and beliefs driving your life. When it’s useful, I bring in other approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), for specific issues. With thousands of hours of experience in both private practice and inpatient settings, I tailor the work to what you actually need.
