About me

I help adolescents, adults, athletes, and high performers navigate anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and performance challenges while building a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, relationship challenges, stress, depression, or performance demands, therapy can be a place to step out of survival mode and reconnect with the life you want to live.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I believe meaningful change happens through a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion—not judgment. Together, we'll work to understand what's keeping you stuck while developing practical skills that help you respond more effectively to life's challenges.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions. Rather than simply reducing symptoms, I help clients build psychological flexibility so they can move toward what matters most, even when life feels difficult or uncertain.

In addition to general mental health counseling, I have specialized training and experience in sport and performance psychology as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I work with athletes, performers, and other high achievers who want to strengthen confidence, manage pressure, recover from setbacks or injury, and perform at their best. At the same time, many of my clients are not athletes at all. The same evidence-based principles that help people perform under pressure are equally valuable for navigating careers, relationships, parenting, school, and everyday life.

Whatever brings you to therapy, my hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, challenged, and equipped with tools you can use beyond our conversations. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honored to be part of your journey.
