About me
LGBTQ+ affirming PMHNP providing trauma-informed mental-health care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions.
Hi, I’m Bianca Ferguson, PMHNP-BC, and the founder of The Mind Spa, a virtual healing space created to support every mind with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship stress, and life transitions. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally sensitive care, ensuring my clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
My approach blends medication management, supportive therapy, and holistic strategies to help you build emotional resilience, develop healthier coping skills, and create lasting change. I believe healing happens when people feel safe to show up as their true selves, and my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy, clarity, and non-judgment.
Whether you’re overwhelmed, seeking clarity, or simply ready to prioritize your mental wellness, I’m here to help you slow down, breathe, and begin the journey back to yourself.
