About me
Trauma-informed virtual therapy for adults navigating stress, identity shifts, and emotional overload.
I work with adults who appear capable on the outside but feel internally overwhelmed, fragmented, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients are navigating chronic stress, identity shifts, relationship strain, or the long-term effects of unresolved trauma—and are looking for a space that feels grounded, thoughtful, and steady.
My approach is trauma-informed, structured, and collaborative. I integrate nervous-system awareness, attachment-based work, and evidence-based strategies to help clients build emotional regulation, clarity, and a more coherent sense of self. Sessions are paced intentionally and focused on practical insight, not just talking in circles.
I offer virtual therapy and work best with clients who are reflective, motivated, and open to doing meaningful inner work. I value clear communication, consistency, and creating a therapeutic space that feels safe without being overly clinical or impersonal.
If you’re seeking a therapist who is calm, direct, and deeply respectful of your lived experience, we may be a good fit.
