About me
I am a dedicated child and adolescent therapist specializing in trauma-informed care, helping children overcome the effects of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and guiding them toward resilience, confidence, and a brighter future.
I am deeply committed to helping children and adolescents (ages 3–18) heal, grow, and thrive. My mission is to address the root causes of behavioral and emotional struggles by uncovering the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and fostering resilience through compassion, connection, and proven therapeutic methods.
My focus on healing the family unit as a whole sets my approach apart. I believe that trauma doesn’t just affect the individual—it can impact families across generations. This is why I work not only with children but also with parents and caregivers when family dynamics or generational trauma are part of the healing process. Together, we address the challenges, break harmful cycles, and build stronger, more supportive relationships.
As a soon-to-be Doctoral graduate with a focus on ACEs and generational trauma, I bring both academic expertise and real-world experience to my work. I blend evidence-based techniques like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), play therapy, and mindfulness to meet the unique needs of every child and family. My goal is to empower children to rediscover their strengths, regulate their emotions, and create a brighter future.
If you’re looking for a therapist who truly understands the profound effects of trauma and the importance of family healing, I am here to guide you. Together, we can transform challenges into opportunities for growth and resilience.
