About me
Are you a high-functioning individual navigating a life transitions, seeking growth beyond surface-level talk? I work with clients who are goal-oriented, creative, curious and are seeking clarity, emotional regulation and deeper connections with self and others. Our work together will be structured, supportive, affirming and focused. My practice is particularly suited for clients preparing for life transitions and are experiencing, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, addictive behaviors, these transitions can include marriage, divorce, becoming parents, facing professional challenges, activation of traumatic experiences, aging or recovering from loss—whether personal, professional, financial or spiritual.
My counseling approach is grounded in three gold-standard, evidence-based methods for which I am Certified to practice: Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), The Gottman Method for Couples (GMC) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). These methods support deep emotional healing, meaningful relationship and sustainable personal change.
I also specialize in working with clients navigating addictive processes (substances, food, gambling, shopping, exercise, work) helping them gain awareness of the addictive cycle and be able to transfer insights and skills in-session to their everyday life.
