I am skilled in walking with individuals through relational stresses, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma and identity formation. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method. I value creating a safe and authentic environment where we can use your strengths to create the movement you are seeking.
