About me
I am a compassionate therapist committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and develop the skills needed to live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. I am passionate about supporting people as they work toward healing, emotional balance, and a more fulfilling life.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients build practical skills they can use in their everyday lives. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care to help clients manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and develop healthier coping strategies.
I have extensive experience working with individuals struggling with substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring disorders. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their experiences without judgment, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Whether you are working toward recovery, processing difficult life experiences, or learning new ways to cope with stress and emotions, my goal is to walk alongside you and help you develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence and resilience.
