About me
Bethel Sabin understands that each of her clients is an expert in their own life.
By focusing on collaboration in each session, she creates a therapeutic space where clients can safely explore their vulnerabilities, emotions, and experiences with trust and openness. Bethel emphasizes empathy, growth, and flexibility in her practice, ensuring a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and validated.
Bethel possesses a wealth of experience in treating anxiety, depression, life changes, bereavement, women’s health, and relationship issues. Her approach is integrative and holistic, combining cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, person-centered therapy, and focusing-oriented therapy. She also incorporates principles from Chinese medicine and holistic practices to address the interconnectedness of body, mind, and environment.
Bethel’s goal as a therapist is to empower clients to achieve greater self-understanding and resilience, helping them develop effective coping strategies tailored to their needs. She adapts her therapeutic style to meet the evolving needs of each individual, fostering personal growth and facilitating lasting positive change.
Outside of her professional life, Bethel enjoys biking, hiking, writing, painting, and engaging in crafts. She values time spent in nature and embraces the balance and creativity these activities offer. Bethel is excited and honored to accompany her clients on their journey towards well-being.
Bethel Sabin works with clients between ages 25 and 50 and is currently accepting new clients.
“I used to think I was the strangest person in the world but then I thought there are so many people in the world, there must be someone just like me who feels bizarre and flawed in the same ways I do. I would imagine her, and imagine that she must be out there thinking of me, too. Well, I hope that if you are out there and read this and know that, yes, it’s true I’m here, and I’m just as strange as you.” – Frida Kahlo
