About me
My specialty is identity and finding yourself, be it gender, sexuality, new diagnoses, or navigating life changes.
Sometimes it feels like no matter what you do, you keep ending up in the same cycle. I seek to help clients identify those cycles and find a new path forward. I work with teens and adult clients to meet them where they are and move them toward where they want to be. I believe that counseling is led by the client and that you are the expert on your life. My job is to help you notice the little things and build new skills to tackle the bigger things.
I use both feminist and narrative theories. I believe everyone has a story affected by the world around them, and I want to help clients edit the story to fit what they believe in life. My specialty is identity and finding yourself, be it gender, sexuality, new diagnoses, or navigating life changes.
You deserve to be the main character of your story, despite what obstacles may be in your way. I want to help you write the story of your life that fulfills you. Email me or call to schedule an appointment anytime. I can also do a 15-minute consultation online for a vibe check, just ask!
