As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an MA in Clinical Mental Health, I bring a wealth of experience in providing telehealth counseling. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with clients from children to older adults, helping them navigate challenges related to anxiety, mood disorders, trauma and abuse, and relationship concerns. My clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I truly enjoy discovering what we have in common as well as celebrating what makes each of us unique. I believe in acknowledging your struggles while also helping you move toward your strengths within the context of your life. My approach is holistic, aiming to support you in achieving a sense of balance and wholeness in all areas of your life. Specializing in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, family relationships, anger management, bipolar disorder, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, grief/bereavement, life transitions, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation and/or self-harming, and trauma, I am equipped to help you through a wide range of issues.
