About me
I am an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults and adolescents manage the roadblocks and detours of life. I specialize in anxiety and depression.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who believes that we all need someone to help us through this journey called life. I am a compassionate, non-judgmental, empathetic, intuitive, clinician who will work with you to explore how you can move through whatever challenges you are experiencing.
My fundamental belief is that every human being deserves respect. Cultural sensitivity and appreciation for the dignity and worth of every person, regardless of difference, are cornerstones of this belief. Recognizing the central importance of the human relationship, I act with integrity and practice within my area of competence. I am an imaginative team player, who often thinks outside the box, striving to motivate my clients.
I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Supportive Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I work via teletherapy only and am currently licensed as a clinical social worker in New York and Connecticut.
Please give me a call and we can set up a free consultation. I would very much like to explore how we can work together to achieve your goals.
