About me
Hi I'm Beth, a qualified counsellor with a warm, down to earth approach. I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious or disconnected from themselves, often after years of "coping" rather than truly feeling okay. Many of the people I work with are sensitive, thoughtful, and self-aware, yet struggle with anxiety, low mood, burnout, low self esteem and ADHD symptoms. You might feel exhausted trying to hold everything together, or frustrated that things feel harder for you than they seem for others.
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you don't have to perform, explain yourself perfectly or have all the answers. We work together, gentle and paced arond what feels manageable for you.
I am particularly mindful of working in an Adhd-informed and neuro-affirming way. My work is informed by both professional training and lived understanding of ADHD.
I believe that change happens when you feel understood, safe and supported. I look forward to hearing from you.
I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
