About me
Bella Mente Counseling is a dynamic and compassionate mental health practice with a team of over 20 dedicated counselors. Our clinicians bring a wide range of expertise and specialties, allowing us to offer personalized care to individuals, couples, and families across all stages of life. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, or personal growth, our diverse team is here to help you find the right fit and the support you deserve.
At Bella Mente Counseling, we believe that truly effective therapy begins with getting to know each client as a whole person. From the very first session, we take the time to listen and understand your unique story, values, and needs—meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment. We build relationships based on trust and mutual respect, working collaboratively to set meaningful, realistic goals that support growth and healing.
Our team of over 20 experienced counselors brings diverse backgrounds and specialties, allowing us to match you with the right clinician who aligns with your concerns and preferences. We provide therapy for children ages 5 and up, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
To ensure accessibility and convenience, we offer in-person services at both our Warwick and Woonsocket office locations, as well as telehealth options for clients who prefer virtual sessions. Bella Mente Counseling accepts private pay and most major insurance plans, making quality care easier to access.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, or family dynamics, we’re here to support you with compassion, expertise, and a personalized approach.
