About me
I am an experienced, empathetic psychotherapist, working with adolescents, college-age students, adults, seniors, and couples. I offer a solutions-based model of therapy, assisting clients in finding resolution and peace from the broad spectrum of life's challenges.
Time is short, and demands on life are high. Many people are stressed and are struggling to find true support and connection, amidst the chaos and "chatter" of life. Coping skills may be on "overload." Talking to a compassionate professional can help you gain insight and develop skills needed to embrace life anew. YOU are valuable, and I would be honored to assist you and guide you in navigating these uncharted waters, as you seek to "land" on Solid Ground.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked in mental health, medical, hospice, educational & private practice settings for the past 25+ years. I have successfully helped couples, parents and families, teens, adults and older adults work through trauma, depression, grief, anger, anxiety and other issues. In addition to solutions-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy, I also offer Bible-based, Christian counseling for those who are seeking this type of guidance in their life. I provide a comfortable, confidential place for you to explore, heal and move forward with your life. There is Hope! Take that first step and give me a call!
