Licensed Clinical Social Worker

About me
I am an experienced, empathetic psychotherapist, working with adolescents, college-age students, adults, seniors, and couples. I offer a solutions-based model of therapy, assisting clients in finding resolution and peace from the broad spectrum of life's challenges. In addition to cognitive-behavioral therapy, I also offer Bible-based, Christian therapy for those seeking spiritual guidance and healing.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I have worked in mental health, medical, hospice, educational & private practice settings for the past 25+ years. I understand that the COVID-19 pandemic was one of the most challenging periods of time that we have lived through. The unprecedented experiences of social isolation, altered work & education via ZOOM, financial hardship, as well as experiences of loss due to sicknesses and death of loved ones has created a sense of "emotional overload" for many. Talking to a compassionate professional can help you get through this difficult period. I am available to help you navigate these uncharted waters, as you seek to "land" on solid ground.
