About me
I am a licensed clinician with extensive experience working with diverse adult populations. My clinical focus includes individuals who have experienced trauma related to foster care, as well as those navigating separation and divorce, depression, anxiety, caregiver and compassion fatigue, post-COVID stressors, grief, and loss.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based modalities, delivered with compassion and clinical intention. I emphasize a collaborative, client-centered framework that supports emotional safety, skill development, and meaningful progress toward treatment goals.
Throughout my clinical career, I have supported individuals in developing effective coping strategies, managing acute and chronic stressors, and navigating life transitions and crises. Treatment is tailored to each client’s unique needs, values, and goals to ensure sessions are both clinically effective and personally meaningful.
I am currently offering immediate openings for new clients via secure telehealth sessions when available. I look forward to supporting clients as they begin their path toward healing, resilience, and emotional wellness.
