About me
I am an experienced trauma therapist specializing in substance use treatment. I also have experience in helping clients from all walks of life with anxiety, depression, moderation management/sober curious, sexuality, gender identity, interpersonal relationships, career concerns, and self esteem.
Our bodies hold our stories — our joy and resilience, as well as our pain, fear, and the impact of what we’ve lived through. When stress, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions become overwhelming, life can begin to feel like survival rather than connection, authenticity, or truly living.
I am a gay, LGBTQIA+ affirming psychotherapist providing individual therapy for adolescents, young adults, and adults. I work with anxiety, trauma, C-PTSD, identity, relationships, and substance use concerns. I use CBT, DBT, parts work, relational, and somatic approaches to help clients build resilience and reconnect with their authentic self.
