I am an LPC-Associate, under the supervision of Dr. James Ikonomopoulos, LPC-S, with 597 direct client hours experience by the time of posting this. Most of my experience is with individual counseling of adults, but I am open to working with adolescents and couples.

My ideal client is honest, willing learn & go deep if it is relevant (though it is totally okay if they have to work up enough trust to be more honest, open, and willing to go deep). My ideal client is also willing to do the work outside of our sessions, in order to address their mental health needs, and be able to function better in their life. I have developed a good report successfully with a great variety of clients, but I appear to develop the strongest rapport with clients who are creative & curious.

I specialize in trauma & PTSD, work a lot with ADHD, relationship & career/work issues, anxiety, depression, & grief. I primarily use trauma informed & focused CBT, I incorporate other evidence-based approaches, including creative modalities (hobbies, art, music, play, etc.) as is relevant to each individual client and their particular situations.
