About me
I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment for my clients, using a variety of therapeutic approaches and years of experience. My goal is to help people navigate life's challenges so they can feel empowered, resilient, and find healing through our work together in therapy.
I am Ukrainian American and speak Russian. I approach therapy with a focus on understanding and empathy, working to create a genuine connection in every session. I’ve spent a lot of time helping adults and older adults work through trauma, including the deep impact of intergenerational trauma, especially with Holocaust survivors. I also focus on areas like depression, anxiety, anger management, self-esteem, parenting, fertility, postpartum depression, and other challenges women face.
Right now, all sessions are online. In our first session, we’ll talk about what you’re hoping to get from therapy and go over your background to help me understand your current situation, needs, and goals.
